Shipping policy
Lanoora uses USPS tracked and untracked shipping for domestic orders and oftentimes USPS and/or UPS for international shipping. Lanoora is not responsible for your package once it is received by the delivery carrier.
♡ Due to shipping regulations, we do not ship to the EU or the UK. Thank you for your understanding.

♡ Types of Shipping
Domestic Shipping
Domestic shipping is packages shipped within the US. Once you've completed your order, it normally takes 1-5 days* to ship out. Once USPS has your order it takes from 3-10 days* to receive. However, keep in mind as we are shipping from Maryland, the further you are the longer your package may take.
International Shipping
International shipping is packages shipped outside of the US. Once you've completed your order, it normally takes 1-5 days* to ship out. From there, either USPS or UPS manages you package. Depending on where you are, it can take weeks to even months to get to you. If you opted for tracked shipping, you may check there.

Processing Time
As stated before, it can take 1-5 days* to process and ship out your order after you have initially purchased it.
Order Tracking
If you have opted in for tracked shipping, you should get an email regarding the tracked shipment. The USPS site may need about 24 hours since the time of placing your order to show you the movement of your package.
Delivery
Check on the tracking information of your package to insure the most up to date information and updates. Once the package leaves us, we are no longer responsible and it is out of our control.
If the package states it has been delivered but you haven't received it (via mailbox, on your porch, etc.) check with your local post office or neighbors regarding it.

This method is typically selected for flat letter mail items.
Tracked
This method is typically automatically selected for all non letter mail items.

Lost Mail
Lost mail, according to the USPS site, is typically considered mail which has not been delivered by the expected delivery date with accounted for leeway (for example if you're package is a week or less late, it is not officially considered lost mail). Check this USPS page for more information.
By purchasing from our store, you understand and accept that:
- We are not liable for mail once it has been shipped and handed to the courier.
- Any import/duty/taxes applied upon delivery to certain countries is the buyer's responsibility.
- Significant delays are possible due to many restrictions/issues that are being experienced worldwide. We are not in control of or are responsible for any delays once a package has shipped.
