What material is your jewelry made from?

The eye pins are silver plated metal.

The beads are made of either plastic or glass.

How should I care for the jewelry?

Please keep your keychain/phone charm/bracelet away from any moisture or direct sunlight when not wearing.

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Jewelry boxes work great!

While corrosion and rust are natural, taking precautionary measures will prevent it for as long as reasonably possible.

Are they handmade?

Yes, all of my products are handmade/drawn by me.

stickers / prints

How are your prints / stickers graded?

What I consider to be "standard" or "a grade" prints/stickers are ones with vibrant colors and little to no imperfections.

A "secondary" or "b grade" print or sticker will be of less quality and have more noticeable mistakes and image quality errors.

Are they water/weatherproof?

No. Unless the sticker listing explicitly states so, all of the stickers are made of matte sticker paper. They are neither weatherproof nor water proof. They are made with the intention of being used in journalling or notes.

Do the stickers leave residue?

Depending on how they are removed the stickers may leave residue. However, it can easily be removed with any standard residue removing product.

What are pre-orders?

Pre-orders are orders made when the product is not made yet/still in production. When purchasing a pre order, you are ordering the product before it's made. It takes longer to get you than a "ready-made" product. Oftentimes, pre-orders get a discount.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are handled on a case by case basis.

I accidentally placed an order, what do I do?

How long am I expected to wait for shipping?

Depending on your location, shipping can take from a week to even about a month or two!
